Meet Josh, one of the newest management members of Caliente

How long have you been with Caliente?

I have been with the company for 7 years now.

What made you apply to Caliente?

I actually started off as a temporary employee and was hired full time. I stayed because I liked the job and the challenge it presented along with the friendly atmosphere.

What was your original position in production?

I started off initially testing for the print room, then became a printer who then moved out to the production floor putting heaters together. I was then eventually promoted to a supervisor.

What is your new position/title now?

Quality Manager.

What are your core responsibilities?

Quality checks and problem solving quality issues.

What do you like most about your new role?

I like the problem solving aspect, it can be really challenging at times.

What do you like most about working at Caliente?

I like the friendly atmosphere here. It makes it really easy to come to work everyday.

Where did you go to college?

I went to Ivy Tech Community College in Fort Wayne. I received an Associates degree in Manufacturing Production Operations of Applied Science.

Tell us something we don't know about you Josh!

My wife works at Cerutis Catering Company of Fort Wayne. I try to play guitar, mostly it's just loud noise. Recently, I've been going to the gym quite a bit, it's my new obsession. I also like to do some wood working in my spare time. I have two dogs, a Dalmatian named Marley and a Teacup Chihuahua named Coraline.
