Mike Kelly receives 1st Source Bank Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Award
Each year, 1st Source Bank presents the Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Award to employees of its business clients who are leaders in the community and exemplify the spirit of volunteerism. As many as ten employees of locally owned companies are selected by a panel of blue ribbon community leaders. Our CEO and Founder, Mike Kelly, was graciously given this award for his active involvement and commitment to the community through his volunteer service. Mike led Redeemer Radio through its transition to a 24/7 radio station with broadcasts across northern Indiana. He is also active with Saint Vincent de Paul Parish and the University of St. Francis’ School of Entrepreneurship. Mike not only exemplifies what a true leader and volunteer should be, but he embodies it in his everyday life by continuously putting his time and effort into helping others.
