Calienté’s ClearView LED Traffic Signal Visor Heating System is a plug-and-play solution to prevent frost and snow buildup on LED traffic lights and signal hoods, ensuring clear visibility in all weather conditions and promoting safer driving environments. The system features peel-and-stick heaters that bond to the underside of the visor, and tie into a control module that controls up to a five section head, that offers industry leading energy consumption by limiting heater use to a specific temperature and humidity profile that yields heavy wet snow that sticks and packs.

These solutions are available in polyester (PET), as well as silicone and polyimide constructions for higher-temperature applications up to 200 °C (fixed-wattage only).
